This initiative is part of a specialized skill development program conducted under CIDC, an apex body under NITI Aayog.

The visiting trainees were government employees from the Heavy Water Board (HWB) –Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. They received hands-on exposure to crane manufacturing operations, handling, and industrial safety practices.

Our General Manager – Production led the session, covering:

• EOT crane operations and applications
• Plant safety standards and protocols
• Rigging practices and equipment handling
• Maintenance and operational efficiency

The trainees shared positive feedback, appreciating the real-time learning experience and interactive discussions.
